Dear Mukesh u see this thing vary from person 2 person.
But I can say I & all my peer articled assistants r lucky in this matter.
It depends upon the culture & upbringing of the concerned person. If some1 doesnt knw how to give & get respect, he or she is at fault. so dont bother abt her.

This is based on personal behaviour. It does not apply to all but let me agree majority are in the same line.
