If any construction material supplier purchase truck for supply of these detail then he can claim capital good for gst purpose or not

yes ITC can be claimed Anshul
yes the itc can be claimed.
according to me it should not be taken
ITC Available if the said Truck is being used in the course of or furtherance of business.
Yes you can claim ITC subject to conditions specified u/s 17(5)
