Kindly advice me the Transfer of right to use.

If a businessman proving equipments, and other heavy vehicle to a factory, which will be used by the factory for 24 hours and a by the wish of factory and they can mobalize the vehicle on there own wish, for that he used to charged a bill on monthly basis, does it cover "Transfer of Right to use", and what should be to contents of contract for attraction of TRU.
