Sir,
I am unable to submit/file my ITR-1, AY2020-21, through efilling online due to Trouble Shooting about efilling of Exempt Income of Rs.3,18,814/-for Reporting Purpose only , which is not being taken into account by the system of efilling online now, and system says/responses, as"Please enter a numeric value".
What will be the numeric value of Rs.3,18,814/- at this stage?
What is this question at this stage?
What is wanted by the system of efilling at this stage?
Kindly look into the matter accordingly, and advise me, at the earliest, sothat Saved Draft of ITR-1, AY2020-21, can be decided and submitted before the due date.

In which column you are filling the exempted income
Just enter numeric values I. e 318814
Please note that I am entering the Exempt Income in PART 'C'under heading of Exempt Income by drop down selecting"Others", ITR-1, AY2020-21.Replied By:MOTI LAL MISRA, Dated: 13-10-2020.
I am already entering the Rs.3,1.Rs.3,18,814/- under Exempt Income vide giving Descripttion"INTEREST OF P.P.F. ACCOUNT",but efilling system is not taking into account , & it says/responses, as "Please enter a numeric value" by disappearing/deleting this Rs.3,18,814/-.Why , it is being so.
