Just concentrate on Chapterwise arrangement of Sections given at the beginning of the bare Act. Whole Act is divided into different Chapters and each Chapter has certain Sections. These are arranged logically and hence will help in remembering Sections.
For example, Companies Act 2013 has 470 Sections divided into 29 Chapters. First Chapter is Preliminary containing name of the Act, its applicability and various definitions etc. Second Chapter deals with Incorporation containing Sections 3 to 22. Hence all provisions relating to incorporation (e.g. Memorandum, Articles, registration, alteration of these documents, commencement of business etc.) will be in between 3 to 22 only. Chapters will then lead to Allotment of Securities, Share Capital & Debentures, Deposits, Charges, Management & Administraation, etc. etc. and end to Winding Up, Special Courts, Miscellaneous etc. Similarly, Rules under the Act have also been arrnaged Chapterwise.
