Whether it is beneficial to Show Maintenance charges received by Housing Society From Members in Income & Expenditure or to Claim it as Exempt under The "Concept of Mutuality" while filing ITR....If i Show it as exempt then i can't claim Expenses for providing Services to it's members by Housing Society...Some time there may be Surplus or may be Deficit...
