whether tax amount is to be shown in the invoice raised by the GTA, though covered under reverse charge. If yes, then will my final billed value will be inclusive of gst or exclusive of gst?

GTA is covered under RCM. Accordingly, the business service (of GTA) is required to pay tax. As the tax paid you on RCM can be claimed as ITC upon its payment to Govt., no need to raise Invoice by you.
