Transport id in Eway
If we are mentioning vehicle number in Part-B, do we still need to provide transporter id?

Yes. Transported I'd is necessary if they are registered
either has to fill part A or part B, if fill transport id in part A then later transporter can be updated vehicle no. anyway vehicle number must.
if the transport is not registered, then what ?
If transporter not registered then generate part A in eway bill
