Quick Summary
For the Assessment Year 2019-20, transport allowance for salaried individuals is now included within the standard deduction. However, physically challenged individuals can still claim an exemption of up to £19,200 under Section 10(14) of the Income Tax Act.

If physically challenged person, you can claim exemptions up to 19200 under section 10(14)
