i have transitional credit under vat.Will the CGST liability for the month of July get adjusted against the Brought forward Vat?

No, vat is credited under sgst

IGST adjusted in IGST then CGST thereafter in SGST
CGST OR SGST can't adjust with eachother

there will be a huge amount of working capital getting blocked because of these sh*tty dual model central and state laws
