transfr
I hv taken transfer in 1st year of articleship to UP. I hv also get my re registratn lettr. Bt when i submit transfr form i forgot to submt new identity card. Now i tried to call ICAI Kanpur branch bt there is no reply from them. So will i post my new identity card with an application without even informing them...???

No need to do anything
Identity card is of no use
Even if you send Identity card with an application, there are very less chance that they will send it back to you...
You dont even have to submit it at the time of completion
Dont bother about that
