I hv taken transfer in 1st year of articleship to UP. I hv also get my re registratn lettr. Bt when i submit transfr form i forgot to submt new identity card. Now i tried to call ICAI Kanpur branch bt there is no reply from them. So will i post my new identity card with an application without even informing them...???
