CA'S are literally tortourin articles as dey knw we cant go anywhere. recently i came across a rediculous incidence where a CA slapped his article just bcoz she demanded holidayz  for examz n he wasnt ready to giv n she argued n she couldnt do anythin bcoz she ws financialy very weak n her family didnt supported her even nw she is workin wid same CA  n he tortures her like hell n wen she asked him to sign exam form she went to office at 11 n he made her sit in office til 8 without any work before signin it.

frndz recently i hav across many of such kind of cases where students wer nt able to do anything just bcoz our institute dsnt supports us. i really feel very bad dat nobody is there to listen to us.......

i think institute has lost its brain.it has totally become dumb.They can't understand just a simple thing that they are making the life of articles a living hell. Articles are being exploited by their CA, just like bonded labours. So please allow the transfers for god sake..........

The institute is constituted to create CA.'s in India and the major focus of its policies should be on students whom it is making professinals and making such harsh rules which will not only restrict their area of acquireing knowledge, will take more right from their hands and give more power to the principles........just think 3.5 yrs of training with only one CA...........thats not the right approach.........I think the time has come that instead of bringing such harsh rules for the students, it should make more efforts for the students by providing sound updates to its students about the relevant material including notifications that are actually covering in exams, making the staff of the institute more student-friendly, making the phone line (help-line) work and many more areas of problem that a studnet faces in interacting with the institute....................

the institute has said in the newsletter that it is in the health of students that they have stopped transfers... i ask them .............  WHAT MADE THEM THINK THAT??????????

 Without taking any offence take it in a right sense. All CAs are not Gods descended from heaven. By giving such a power that their articles can't do any without their word, the institute has lost its aura of amazingness among students. Students can't go on and complain about their principal jst the way institute expects the feedback to be in case of troubled times. If any member happens to read this kindly see from a student perspective what it means to be under this new rule thrusted upon us. I dont find the explanation given by the ICAI authorities satisfactory that 'it is good for the betterment of students'.
