Dear all,
One of our clients is steel and cement trader. He has got more than Rs.1 cr worth of VAT credit accumulated. Is it possible to transfer the credit to any one else as per law. Is it possible to network with another trader in same or different industry so as to use the credit?
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I think no such transfer of Input VAT credit will be allowed.
However, you can claim as Refund...
