Want to know procedure.
1)My father(not having demat a/c) having 1000 share in physical form and now want to transfer in physical form to my name(having demat a/c).
2) Jointly my father(not having demat a/c) and grand mother(not having demat a/c and age is 92 yers.also not having PAN card) having 1500 shares in physical form and want to transfer in physical form to my name(having demat a/c).
Open a Demat A/c in joint name after obtaing PAN of your grand mother & apply to DP for conversion of physical share into demat form.

It is not possible to obtain PAN card of my grand mother because dont having documents which is required for PAN card.
