Whether transfer pricing provisions are applicable where i operate in dubai and purchase finished goods from a firm in mumbai ??
Also the firm from who i ll buy my goods belongs to my grandfather's cousin

Transfer pricing will applicable for transactions between associate Enterprises in respect of all international and domestic transactions subject to certain limits

See if your case falls in this clause of Section 92A. where one enterprise is controlled by an individual, the other enterprise is also controlled by such individual or his relative or jointly by such individual and relative of such individual. For further query, reach out to us on 9022579441
