Please help me regarding below point.
if an entrepreneur currently is in proprietorship firm doing all the business activities in the same. now he form Pvt. Ltd. so he wanted to transfer the stock from proprietorship to Pvt Ltd. how can we do that by simple sale purchase or there is any other way .
