Transfer of goods one place to another place
xyz unregistered company hai ( without GST) samne Wale ABC party ko 25 lakh ka material supply kar na hain. but e way bill create nahi ho Raha tha to third party PQR company se e way bill generate kar ke transit Kiya. to Isme PQR Company ko aage chal kar kuch problem to nahi hoga na ??
