Transfer of Articleship-Please solve fast

I have received letter from institute stating that my transfer application is accepted. The letter is dated 30th may 2011 but i have received on 10th june 2011. My form no. 109 will be signed of 11th june 2011 but still now my principle have not given sign so we will be 2 to 3 days more late from today to sent it.

My query is from which date i should consider my form to be late i.e

30th may 2011 / 10th june 2011/ 11th june2011?

And if i register after some time with institute and in between that result is declared will my result will be shown?

Also according to date matter how much late charges should i pay to institute?

I think you should take signature of your current employer on the date of today in form 109 as because your articleship is still not affected as you havent intimate the institute regarding the dates of leaving the present employer

i.e

Form 109 will be like as below

1. Details of previous employer

Date of Joining ........ to 6th July, 2011.

2. Details on present employer

Date of joining : 7th July, 2011 to............................
