Transfer of Articleship-Please solve fast

I think you should take signature of your current employer on the date of today in form 109 as because your articleship is still not affected as you havent  intimate the institute regarding the dates of leaving the present employer

i.e 

Form 109 will be like as below

1. Details of previous employer

Date of Joining ........ to 6th July, 2011.

2. Details on present employer 

Date of joining : 7th July, 2011 to............................

YOU SHOULD MENTION THE DATE ON WHICH ACTUAL SIGNS R GIVEN

sir but my principle is gng to give me of 11th june and i just want to know if i sned in 2 dayz will i have to send late fees.

means late is counted from date mentioned in form or when letter is received??

IT IS FROM DATE MENTIONED. JUST SEND IT, IN MY VIEW NO LATE FEE WOULD BE DEMANDED. HOPE FOR THE BEST.
