Transfer of articleship in 2 year

Ma'am just write a letter to ICAI, telling your genuine situation. They will allow.
I have seen this happening in many cases.
Although transfer in second year is allowed only in special circumstances but usually ICAI allows students to take transfer in these kind of situations. Or if you donot have the Leaves issue (i.e., you have not taken much leaves till now) than you can also take transfer on Medical grounds (but here you will have to give a govt Dr certification).

You should the genuine reason for that n also that should be at some extent true..

Sir, Due to my Health problems I ask my principal for transfer. He is not accepting my request. What shall I do??

Personaly Visit Icai along with your Health problem papers and submit a letter to them to force Your Ca for transfer.
