Dear All,
As per the Institute'd s guidelines, if one has to take the transfer after completion of one year then he needs to get the approval from ICAI. Reason for transfer must be one of the stated reason given over there.
But what if principle and article both are agree for the transfer ?
I had asked the same quetion on the institute's helpline number, the answered that approval can be granted if reason is genuine. On the basis of their answer, I had applied for trasfer after completion of year and i had sent a letter requesting permission from the institute on the letterhead of my firm along with the consent of my principle. But institute rejected my request.
Am i not having any way for the transfer ?
Please suggest me if there could be any possibilities.
