Transfer of articleship

When you are in the second year of articleship, transfer is permitted only on selected grounds. See the guidelines, identify which ground fits for you, and register with a CA near to your home town.

There is no rule saying transfer is permitted only one time,you can take second time also, but it is very very advisable not to opt for 3 firms in 3 years, you may face many difficulties in the future, unless it is soo crucial dont take transfer again.

However one of the condition says that a person can take transfer provided the students parent/s have to transfer to another city. Because I am staying alone in the city, is this condition suitable for me???
