Hi,
I would like to know if the prior consent, in writing, of the ICAI is required if I am taking a transfer in the First Year of articleship? Also, do I have to submit Form 109, 103, 112 at the same time or Form 109 first and then 103 and 112 at the time of registration?
Please advise.
Hiee Vyas,no need of mentioning the reasons if you are taking transfer in first year and you can post all the forms at the same time to your Central Chapter.......
