Dear Members,
I have applied for transfer to the Institute (2nd year) on March 2014.But I havent recived any letter from ICAI till now.
Can I shift to the new place of transfer without receiving the letter.

Dear,
Transfer is not allowed in the second year of articleship as per the rules of ICAI.
Therefore go and check with nearest branch of ICAI.
