Transfer (help me )

Secondment is possible only within the first year of your articleship training. If you have a strong reason to move out, then convince him to take transfer from your current principal. Since, you have already executed the bond and submitted the same with Institute, you can not restart afresh but you can seek transfer under another Principal who is willing to train you. 

Submit form 120 to icai and join other firm 

Don't take any route that will worsen the relation of your current principal with you, or he will make your transfer more difficult. Just convince him to allow transfer by making some genuine excuses (wink)
