Transfer from one region to other

Hi Sir

Please guide me regarding this

I am doing my articleship in Bangalore. and I have got registration no. of Bangalore only (southern Region).

Now Question is

1) Can I take transfer to Delhi (northen region)?

2} If I take transfer for articleship will my registration no. will be changed?

3} Can I give exam anywhere in India I want , or it is only where I am doing articleship?

4) Can I get transfer again to Bangalore. Since I am going to Delhi only for short duration say 6-8 Month?

and finally what is the procedure for transfer?
