There is new elections of ICAI in Dec5 2009. Hope a more student friendly president come who has  soft heart

yes, jose, i too eagerly waiting for a student-friendly person to come to manage the institute..........

the next president will be Amarjith Chopra.he seems to be more student friendly as of now.he was known for the steps taken to give transfer to students for one time during articleship.but later those initiatives vanished away.dont know who was responsible for that.but there is a chance that even members are also frustrated by this rule because they are also not able to give exposure to their CA students.so if the new prisident is elected we can expect some mercy

that was the devilish mind of Uttam agarwal.We also need presence of student friendly members in Central council. Without their majority; no rules can be taken back

The main puprpose for stopping the transfer is to make articles concentrate on their training for a good amount of time i.e atleast 6 months so that they can understand practical work easily and if article takes a transfer after every  month then it will be very difficult for him to understand the things. It has been 4 months and hope that transfer open in next or next to next month

Now we can take one time transfer without any reason.

I dont think so its like this. bse all r saying that students applied for transfer b4 11th July for them only 1 time transfer is allowd.For others 1st july rules will be applicable.

Pls. confirm .

 I am working under my CA since last 20 months now.  He has a very taunting way of speaking and not only me, the whole office is upset cz of his cheap behaviour, all though the firm's work level and quality is exceptionally good. 

Now becuase, my principal has made my life literally hellish, I am desperate to take a transfer to another firm. And, till dt, I hv not taken a dummy, and not even planning to..

ICAI in the previous announcement mentioned "other cases as deemed genuine by the council" as the last point for the cases in which tfrs shall be allowed..

 

Plz suggest that how can I prove myself genuine in the inst for tfrs..?? Will it be, at all, possi for me to tk a tfr finally ?? Plz Help !
