Transfer a pvt. Ltd. company from one state to another state
If A companies registered place is changing from one state to other state. what are the things need to be done ?

If Other state then will take new registration under GST...
If you will close the Old GSTIN then You ll settle your all liabilities and returns on or before the cancellation...
