In any case u will not allow to transfer within same city. so, if u not want go out of your current city u can not get transfer.  but u can get transfer out town by showing transfer of your father if he is employee. If your current city is not your hometown and your parents is living is other city then u can get transfer to that city by showing medical cerificate of docter.

Actually I m resident of delhi, and condition of migration is not suitable for me.

So, u want transfer in delhi only, then its not possible. You and your sir hav to solve issue by mutual understanding this type problem arise in all firms.
