my principal wants to give me transfer ,for a reason that i m not coming to offc for last 15 days with out information in offc ....can he do so? and ......what will be the consequences if he can?

You should inform your principal .It is purely mistake on your part.Just ask sorry for the same .He will be really pleased.Mistakes can be commited by anyone.but never repeat again.This holds good wherever you go
