Hi Sam here,
Read regarding the transfer for ur articleship. My answer to the same is you can transfer ur articleship.
The procedure in simple terms is as folows:
1) U have to take a no objection letter from ur present principal regarding the transfer.

2) Then the same letter is to be handed over to the institute from where they will be given form no.109 duly stamped with the date and signature of the issuing officer.

3) After receiving the form u have to duly fill the form, signed by ur present principal, this form will also contain the number of weeks training taken by u under the present principal.

4) After u complete the filling of Form u have to submit it in the articles section of the institute, but this should be done within 30 days of receipt of the form.

5) i.e. if u collect the from no.108 from the institute on 1st jan 2006 then the last date before u should submit the same is 1st feb2006. *just a example*

6) This will complete ur termination procedure

7) then fresh articles is to be registered once again by filling the forms 102 and 103
