CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF AN ARTICLE IS NOT PROVIDED WITH SUFFICIENT LEAVE BEFORE THE EXAMS, WHAT ACTION CAN/SHE HE TAKE AGAINST THE EMPLOYER????
FOR ME ITS URGENT....I HAV MY PCC(ONLY 1 GRP) EXAMS IN NOV'10 AND MY EMPLOYER IS NOT ALLOWING ME FOR LEAVE ...SENDING ME ON AUDITS...PLZ HELP ...WHAT TO DO???

I dont think that you can do anything about it. Its almost the same evrywhere,most of d CA's dont give enough leave for students. You can try to convince him. If it didnt work,you have to adjust with the circumstance.
If he is not treating you wel then do the same with him vaise bhi wo tumhare sar par GUN rakh kar to nahi bolega na kam karo.
Try to steal time from the night and reduce the working hours.
Just kidding.
