Tranfer needed

write a letter(along with current employers consent) seeking for approval from the institute..after you receive the approval ,get 109 signed and formailities for joining new firm is same as that when u joined first..but remeber you should have a valid reason,(among the ones permitted by institue)

Actually a firm is very good covering every aspectsas tax ,audit ,finanace but lacks professionalism which doesn't create any interest in any work...Doing work with the support of last year reference is of no use unless we know wat we are actually doing.....Please help if u know any better prospects....

there has to be a valid reason like

transfer of parents,marriage,death of principal,etc..

institute does not approve transfer for the reason u cited
