hiiiii check out the ca institute new announcement dated 28.04.2009 , regarding extension of date for taking transfer..........but i doubt if this is going to help in the long run to ca students..

and secondly there is no designation in the letter that who is the seceretary.........

i think there is some problem with the site..... suddenly all the last 3 announcements is not there......in the website and
no designation- pointed out rakesh earlier is not relevant as it also not there in 27 march announcement also except Secretary,,,
