Give HSN wise details of your stock as on 30.06.2017 in GSTR TRAN 1 under column 7(a). Details of both the cases (excise invoice available and not available) is to be given under this column.
Apart from this you also have to file GSTR TRAN 2 monthly providing details of stock sold out of above stock during the month
