Delhi High Court passed an order on *05th May 2020* in the case of *BRAND EQUITY TREATIES LIMITED vs. UOI*. In the said order, *High court* allowed the *petitioner and all other assessess* to file their *TRAN-1 upto 30.06.2020.*
However on *revenue's SLP* against that order, *Supreme Court now stayed Delhi HC order* and the matter is pending before the apex court for hearing.
