We are a training company( personality development ) we are a pvt limited. we are paying regular service tax. but i came to know that the schools and colleges are not required to pay service tax. but we are a professional training company. is there any possibility we will take the waiver on service tax.

Our services are not a Educational Institution nature, these are commercial nature. So, you are under Service Tax perview.
