if company wishes to list its shares for trading on regional stock exchange, can company avail trading facilities anywhere in India or compulsary it has to avail trading facilities under juridication of stock exchange where registered office of the company is located.

No, the company is not compulsorily required to have trading of its shares under the regional stock exchange of its registered office.
It can have permission for trading at any stock exchange other than its registered office stock exchange.
