WE are a steel manufacturing company based in west bengal. We are registered under VAT for iron and steel products.
We want to now trade in ferro alloys and manganes ore. We have written for the ammendmend of the RC dated 19-8-2011 for the trade of ferro alloys and mangnese ore. The letter of RC ammendment was received and stamped by the officer dated 29-8-2011. Our suplier had sent the material(manganese ore) to us bill dated 22-8-2011. Can we trade the goods on 23-8-2011 keeping the above point in mind. Will this trade be treated normal in which input and output could be taken into account.please advice.
