Dear Members,

One of my client having PVT ltd co and now hw want to register his Trademark...

Kindly give me all details and procedure of How to register TRADEMARK?

Before registering your trademark, a Trademark Search is highly recommended for the availability of your brand name. If that name is available you can file the application. After filing the application trademark registry will check if that name has been taken by somebody else or not. If not you can protect your brand name with trademark registration.
