Are there any chances of practical difficulties while doing the assignments.
CS in practice can take agent code and represent himself/herself on behalf of clients. What kind of practical difficulties u r talking about?
M not taking and agent code and all for now. My company assigned me the task of applying for a new trademark registration online. Now this is my first assignment I want to be sure whether this can be done independently or not
Off course yes.. You can apply for TM online. There is no such difficulty in doing it.
Thank you...one last question..we have authorised attorney few years back for application. Now while I will handle this do we require any formality for revoking or adding my name or we can continue as that
I need more clarity from you regarding previously appointed attorney. Like how was he appointed? By POA or normal resolution passed by the company? You can reach me at csvatsla9 @ gmail.com

That means such attorney was appointed for a particular TM application and not for future applications, if m not wrong. If this is the scenario, there is no problem. You can proceed with new application.
