Since you're based in Delhi and your client is in Uttarakhand, please note that trademark registration is a centralized process in India and is handled by the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. This means the location of the applicant does not restrict the filing — we can easily assist with registration irrespective of the client's state.

To proceed with your client’s trademark registration, we will need some basic documents such as: 

1. Business name/logo to be registered

2. Applicant's identity proof

3. Address proof of the business

4. Power of Attorney (if we are filing on their behalf)
