Now a days Income Tax returns controlled by central system.
As per old system Assessments and scrutiny done by local Income Tax authorities and based on manual filing of returns.
as per new system how can track carrier forward losses of manual filing of earlier returns
can any body light on this.

Manual ITR can also be process by IT Department in computerised. so ther are cross checking possible
These problem is under process with incoe tax deparment & soon it will be solved out
