Traces poor customer support

Hi, we have bought an office space at DLF and for each payment, we are paying the TDS.

I email the DLF office the challan and the payment receipt Form 26QB, but they said, they cannot accept that.

They need original Form 16B for TDS to be able to credit in the system.

My CA and I both tried to login to TRACES, but its always throwing error.

We contacted TRACES team, but they are all idiots sitting over there, they dont understand plain english. 

What do we do now ?
