what is provision regarding transport allowance for central government employee serving to ministry of defence.

This discussion clarifies the transport allowance provisions for central government employees serving the Ministry of Defence. Since April 1st, 2019, transport allowance exemptions are exclusively available to handicapped employees. For all other employees, no such exemption is currently provided.

From 01.04.2019, transport allowance exemption available to handicapped employees only.

For other no exemption available.
