Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to report the 'Total value of consideration' in Form 26QB when purchasing a property with multiple buyers and sellers. It explains that each buyer should enter the full property value (Rs 56 lakhs in this case) in their respective Form 26QB submissions, even if they only own a share. The system allows for the allocation of each seller's share within the form, ensuring accurate TDS calculation for each party involved.

Buyer can give the details of all sellers in 26QB if more than one seller .

Your share attributable to each seller can be entered.

There are 2 buyers and property value is 56 lakhs.I have to enter 28 lakhs in all 3 forms of 26QB of 1st buyer and the same in all 3 forms of 2nd buyer.

Is it correct sir.

Total value and share in property may be entered
