Can anyone clarify my queries..
Including Alternate Director which Director we should consider While counting total number of directorship under section 165 and which company we should not consider While counting total number of directorship (other than section 8 company) ?

Only sec 8 co directorshop shall not be included u/s 165 of CA,2013.
