No sir we dont have dsc register
There are two option available.
1) Write to your jurisdictional TDS circle officer under company's letterhead and ask him to provide details citing all valid reasons. They will surely help you out in the situation and shall provide token number straightway. This is more direct solution and can be less time consuming
2) If you are not comfortable with point no.1, just register DSC of your company's authorised signatory. Login into TRACES, register that DSC on portal and then request for consolidated file for that particular quarter.

Go to view TDS Return filled
Download Acknowledgment Receipt
Find Acknowledgement.
Returns for fy 21-22 are not filed through income tax portal so it becomes difficult.
and for registration of dsc also we need earlier acknowledgements

Visit the TIN facilitation centre from where tds return filing was done. You may get an acknowledgement of tds return filed and which will be having token number and other required details

The best way is to ask token number from TIN facilitation centre . They will provide you acknowledgement receipt for the required period.

Check your tds files and token number will be there on the Tds filing acknowledgement copy.
You may reset the password of traces and request for console file and import to RPU and you may get the previous tds return acknowledgement number
