Do you have TRACES login details and DSC of your Authorised Signatory ?

There are two option available.

1) Write to your jurisdictional TDS circle officer under company's letterhead and ask him to provide details citing all valid reasons. They will surely help you out in the situation and shall provide token number straightway. This is more direct solution and can be less time consuming

2) If you are not comfortable with point no.1, just register DSC of your company's authorised signatory. Login into TRACES, register that DSC on portal and then request for consolidated file for that particular quarter.
