I found the paper to be fairly easy as compared to dt. CCR caused a bit of trouble though. Other than that it was well managed within time
was arbitral service exempt provided to arbitral tribunal
nope.... what is exempt is arbitral tribunal service to individuals and business houses having t/o less than 10L....and it's nowhere mentioned that services to arbitral tribunal by an arbitral tribunal is exempt
in this case reverse charge apply..
Arbitral service to any person other than business entity is exempt
in the first question, job worker under notification was exempt. it should not be included fo calculation of excise duty liability. is it correct?
