Under Indian Partnership Act 1932 , Husband and wife can be a partner in a trust / firm..?
when husband wife relation is a partnership for 7 births, why would the Partnership Act disallow it? Of course husband - wife can be partners in a Partnership!!!

Hence, husband and wife can be partners in partnership firm.
