To file ITR FY 2014-15
Sir there was mistake in the ITR filed AY 2014-15.so now can it be revised... and if yes then how

Not possible, unless notice u/s. 148 received from ITO...
you found mistake in your ITR filed for a.y. 2014-15 only now? have you received any query letter or 148 notice from the department?
no notice sir... at that time refund is not claimed which supposed to be claimed
then you can file rectification application under section 154
after rectification.. ITR have to revised sir or not.. and rectification will be online or offline sir
either online or manual , both can be done
